About Us
Eurus Capital Partners was created to manage, source, evaluate, and execute investment transactions for both institutional and private clients. Since its inception, Eurus has purchased, sold, developed, and provided management services for investments and assets worth over $1B USD for its clients and partners.
Throughout its history, Eurus has successfully acquired and disposed of investments throughout the United States and Europe. Its current primary focus is on Austin, TX, and the Central Texas region, one of the fastest growing MSAs in the country.
With our team of acquisition, asset management, and leasing and property management professionals headquartered in Austin, we have an exceptional level of local knowledge and expertise.
Eurus focuses on each potential acquisition’s story instead of basing investment decisions solely on general market mechanics. We believe a key factor to our success is in-depth knowledge of the local market, as well as our extensive network of institutional and local owners, investors, lenders, brokers, and joint-venture partnerships.
GERALD KUCERA

Eurus Capital Partners founder and Managing Partner for its U.S. operations is Gerald Kucera. He is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a specialization in Marketing. Mr. Kucera began his extensive real estate career in 1972; since that time, he has developed, purchased, managed, and sold hundreds of diverse real estate investments with local, regional, U.S. institutional, and international clients, investors, and partners.
Mr. Kucera is also the founder of The Kucera Companies, an affiliated group of companies providing full commercial property real estate services to individual and institutional investors. Services include commercial real estate advisory services, asset management, property management, brokerage, landlord and tenant representation. The current portfolio of commercial properties exceeds 7 million sq. ft. of office and retail space.
DR. NIKOLAUS HENSEL

Dr. Nikolaus Hensel is the Eurus Capital Partners advisor on the European side. Dr. Hensel is the senior partner of the law firm of Boegner Hensel & Partner located in Frankfurt, Germany. Dr. Hensel has over 35 years of extensive experience as an attorney and civil law notary in Germany, other European countries, and the United States focused in real estate transactions and tax law, international mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.
Dr. Hensel is a supervisory board member of numerous international industrial and manufacturing companies based in Germany. He is also an Advisory Director to several European-based real estate investment funds.
